First pirated DS carts discovered?
It's not really any surprise that with the Nintendo DS outselling the PSP in Japan by nearly 10 to 1, there were going to be some pirated DS carts in the works. We're not talking flash cards with ROMs or any of that easy stuff, we're talking the real deal pirated carts -- as unearthed by our compatriots at Engadget Spanish. According to the Chinese forum where these were discovered (as translated by Engadget Chinese -- there's no "I" in "team" or "Engadget," ok?) right now the pirated carts appear to cost just as much as the real deal, so the incentive is a little null. Just wait until supply and demand kicks in though, then we'll all be seeing the Chinatown pirated DS game market take off like a bat outta hell.
