R.I.P. Tony Jay

You may not know his face, but actor Tony Jay has provided his voice for dozens of characters, including Rugrats (Dr. Lipshitz), The Hunchback of Notre Dame (Judge Claude Frollo), and a multitude of video games. On August 13, Jay failed to recover from micro surgery to remove a non cancerous tumor from his lungs and passed away.
