Universal breaks silence announces two new titles
HD DVD fans have been getting squirmish at the lack of titles announcements for their favorite format and although it is good news to learn Universal has more movies in the pipe, we're not sure this is going to make them feel any better. It is bad enough that HD DVD's sole exclusive major studio only has 4 movies planned for 2007 so far, but with this announcement they are only adding The Jerk and The Game in April (both great catalog titles). While this is certainly better than no movies at all, HD DVD fans can't be happy about what seems to be half hearted support.
