and "- i - Pod." Engadget said earlier that its only mac stuff right? i wish there would be another iPod believe me...I want one like the iPhone without everything that isn't the iPod because I already have a nice phone. but i don't think thats gonna happen. wishful thinking :)
maybe I'm just praying here, but Where's the Macbook mini? (12 inch Mackbook) and where's my IPhone-like Ipod video?
The iPod G6 will be presented in September along with a 6/16GB iPod Nanos.
Tomorrow we'll see new iMacs off course, updated Mac Mini and Santa Rossa Macbooks with LED back light option.

Smaller Macbooks?!!? I want bigger ones! Like a 15" or even 17" Macbook that doesn't cost $2000. If they can keep the prices steady and make the screens bigger, I'll be buying one for sure. I don't care about LED backlighting, just give me some of that 1440 x 900 sweetness!
My 15" HP laptop has a 1920x1200 screen - and I've had it for three years. Apple is waaay behind in the resolution game.

how about a stronger Mac Mini?
Mac Mini's going the way of the Cube.
Apple's never really had a well thought-out low-end Mac. The Mini and Cube were nice concepts, but they never seemed like long-term solutions for home use.
An upgradable, affordable low-end Mac Pro would be nice to see though. My Dell running Vista at home makes me miss the Mac I have at work.
Apple have discontinued the Mac Mini..
I don't know, aluminum is a pretty tough material :P
What products will be presented isn't as important as what shirt Steve is going to be wearing.
Will he be wearing a brown or a black turtleneck shirt? Or will he choose a silver one to match the new aluminum enclosed iMacs?
He might use the black button-up shirt we saw last year...
I havn't got the cash for computers, give us a new iPod so I can waste a bit of money and drive everyone mad about its features.

Eastern / I imagine new Macbooks and iMacs/ I WANT A 100GB iPOD touch/Full screen capable machine! / Apple products are sweet but they completely played me at an interview for the store. They told me just because the ipod comes in black.... doesnt mean the employees do. Then they slapped hands and laughed.... now I work at Circuit City....
Wow that's lame. I always wondered why there was such an abundance of white in the Apple stores.
I recall his Steveness saying somewhat recently that "there is no 'i' in Mac". I predict the new iMac will be renamed "Macintosh", which will complete the new computer naming scheme. Mac/Mac Pro : Macbook/Macbook Pro. If they decide to continue the Mac mini and develop and Macbook mini as well, all the better.
I dunno... most people know apple for the ipod so having an 'i' in imac creates a link between the products.

Because this one will be better than the last one! But it goes on, and on, really.
Simple: Hopes and dreams. Blu-ray, Leopard, next-gen graphics cards...if you aren't in dire need, it's always better to wait.

Huh? DX10 is Vista man, I'm sure Apple wouldn't put DX10 Cards in their machines so a kid can run his games better via bootcamp. Although the cards would be usable, its pointless for Mac.
Just get A PC if you want hardcore gaming.

Haven't heard a single (undebunked) rumour about it yet... but what I want are new LED-backlit Santa Rosa Macbooks. But I'll end up waiting until October anyways... so there's not much point.
