That Bret sounds like such a nice boy

Former Poison frontman Bret Michaels will be lending his likeness to Activision's Guitar Hero III, in the form of an ingame lead singer. A motion-captured Michaels will appear onstage to sing Poison's "Talk Dirty to Me" as well as the original version of the (no doubt fantastic) "Go That Far" from the Bret Michaels Band.

Of course, the Poison song is a cover, so it'll be a simulated Bret Michaels lip-synching to the voice of another simulated Bret Michaels, while we pretend to play guitar. Oh, no. If Bret Michaels is singing, does that make us C.C. DeVille? We must never buy or play Guitar Hero III now.
