You won't find many revelations in the latest episode of the Bungie Podcast, but you will find plenty of talk about mission design as well as an ill-advised sports bet. This week, the Bungie kids speak to Paul Bertone, who just happens to be the Campaign Mission Design Lead for Halo 3. The guys spend some time talking about campaign scoring and how it came into being (hint: lots of people never finished the Halo 2 campaign). One interesting note: apparently, many of the "meta-game" achievements are more or less impossible to achieve on normal difficulty. In other words, you'll have to crank the difficulty up to Heroic -- and still play well when you do -- to net some of the scoring achievements. But you were going to do that anyway, right? You'd better, because if you don't, we'll know.
