wifi?
No support for HSUPA 7.6Mbit/s! No 3.2 megapixel camera. I´ll wait.
Hey where are ya'll gettin 200 dollars from? BG is listing it for 299 with a 50 dollar mail in rebate. Is there a link to ATT's site?
Wait ATT is listing it for 299 AFTER rebate...uhhh???
USD$200 seems a bit low considering how weak the USP (US Pasoe) is right now.
that's funny
I will NEVER buy another moto phone with the letter Q in it... they suckered me 18 months ago with all the Q fanfare... I curse this phone daily and have only 6 more months of misery before I can trade to a new phone for free... what's the issue you ask? Even with an extra capacity battery I'm lucky to get 6 hours of use from this phone. Worse is the MS Mobile 5 software... full of bugs, poor design and maddeningly slow. I wish Engadget would do more to cover the early reviews that these devices receive so us gadget freaks don't become the beta testers for all these so called "breakthrough" products... give me a break.
hey Brad - just so you know, a lot of phone providers let you do a phone upgrade in less than your original contract, because it saves them the risk of losing you. Maybe you've already tried...if not, give them a call and say you'd like them to upgrade your phone now or you're going to switch in 6 months.
Can someone ompare the Blackjack 2 and this phone? They both have the same specs but there must be some touchy-feely differences?
One thing I see right off the bat.....the backspace key is not with the rest of the "keyboard" keys. A pain in the rump for correcting text I'd imagine.
HSDPA on the q9
JT, the BlackJack line has had HSPDA since version 1 and it claims to have "faster 3G speeds," it'll have HSPDA 3.6, at least. I think the BJ II will be better, even with my abhorrence for Samsung.
No wi-fi? Sorry, I'll pass.
I use wi-fi DAILY with my tilt, so no wi-fi would be a no no for me anyway.
MicroSD(TM) removable memory expands up to 32 GB
is that possible yet?
The price seems a little too low

Yeh, but will it fit up Ed Zander's butt-hole. Years of screwing around with smartphones and this is what they offer. Look for another round of layoffs at Motorola, the company where handsets go to die.
