It'll get you up to speed on all the basics, and is a handy guide for those simple "I should know this!" questions. Alia Das is going to be your first port of call, and to get the most out of the place we recommend TenTon Hammer's guide to missions. It'll help you get through in no time. Along the way, you're most likely going to want to do some crafting - that's where the official site's crafting guide will come in handy. Just when you start to feel like not-a-noob, you're going to find yourself wondering where to do some grinding. Getting over that level 20 hump can be a killer. Don't worry, we've got you covered there as well.
