If you look at the first two photos in the article, that same blur is in the same place in both photos, most likely a spec of dirt on the camera sensor.
THE FUNNY THING IS THERE IS NOTHIGN NEW ABOUT THAT AT ALL IN FACT IF YOU HAVE EVER BEEN TO A MAJOR GOLF TOURNAMENT THEY HAVE MUCH LARGER SIZE SCREENS THAT GO MUTCH HIGHER INTO THE AIR.
