Sony's
VAIO CP1 looked mighty sexy in the press shots, but trust us when we say it's even more stunning in person. We still think it's overpriced at $300, but this WiFi-enabled frame was showing off all of its sides (RSS reader, split-screen Picasa viewing, music player) at
CEDIA. Take a look at this fine piece of technological goodness in the gallery below.

Ouch -- RSS Feed of Sony Laptop Recalls :)

$300 is the pre-announce price, right? And as we've learned with all of these netbooks, you need to add at a minimum, $100 to these prices.

What they need to invent is something that connects to your PC wireless, and does everything your PC does without carrying CPU, RAM, hard disk etc. I think that could be called an interactive LCD or something. It would combine keyboard, mouse and LCD screen on a screen with a battery and a wi fi connection.

They are talking about the laptop recalls ... The one's that have been burning people lately (again)... Sony needs to work on making their devices less flammable or include a free water gun with anything you buy from them... The upside is their pS3 hasn't caught fire yet... :)
nanomatrix @ Sep 5th 2008 10:53AM
:) Since I realized someone else already mentioned the RSS feed, I am going to bump them up and me down... Hmm at least I put the link and a dumb joke about a water gun. :)

Seriously? They're starting a new series called CP? Is Sony really that stupid? Might as well create the GOATSE1 while they're at it.
