I guess it's time to scrap my Aiptek, How much?
@Drago
agreed. how much? i want!
@Drago I just googled it. It will be $299 MSRP
I've said it before and I will say it again. It's not so much about the "Full HD" as it is about the optics. And how much optics can you fit in this? Uhh... not much.
@Eruanno explain more, I don't know that much about cameras
Neat. I love Xacti's. Wasn't sure I'd sacrifice not being able to use lens attachments like with the hd2000 but this looks so compact I probably could.
@pax copia
you make a good point! the variety of accessories for the HD2000 played an important role in its success
Wish they kept it that way, or at least have a similar model to go with this one.
@pax copia
Never mind. Just noticed the other Xacti model.
I can't keep up with all the CES posts haha
I want to know how this compares to the JVC Picsio, which is 1440x1080 instead of 1920x1080.
That gaudy pink color makes it look like a vibrator.....
@logicbombde
Surely you mean personal massager.
Hah, imagine the surprise while getting together quickly in the morning....or in the evening.
Er, haven't you guys already reviewed something just as thin / thinner that's already been out 6 months and also films in 1080p?

this looks awesome. I want this. All i need to know is, wat's the price for it? Please post a video for this on your website. :)
why does sony always want to get their gadgets into my pants =(
@dez
sanyo =/= sony
@waterboy99troop
haha, reading fail.
Those are shoved into a pair of R&R jeans.
Is it terrible that I care more about that than the camcorder? Probably....
I really like Sanyo's Xacti line, as they seem to be the only pocket camcorders with a real zoom lens, not that crap that cellphones and webcams use.
But this camcorder is 1080i not 1080P so its not really FULL HD at all, bit of a con this really slapping "FULL HD" all over it when it isnt.
