You see, this isn't our first run-in with
BlueBerry. Nay -- this is a firm that has shadowed Waterloo's moves for some time, so when it came time for the real thing to make the transition from trackballs to optical pads, the Shenzhen doppelganger naturally had to follow suit. The result is this here BlueBerry 9500, a device that looks more like a Bold 9500 grafted to a Nokia
E72 than it does a
Bold 9700 -- but hey, for folks torn between their Finnish and Canadian loyalties, this might be the perfect solution. The impressive spec sheet includes a TV tuner (complete with 9-inch retractable antenna), dual SIM support, and WiFi, and -- most importantly -- the optical pad is said to be "decent." Check out the gallery for a couple more shots -- just don't expect any
App World access with this one.
I always wonder how you guys find these things... let alone get semi-reviews for them. lol
LOL @ "BlueBerry" -- unbelievable.
What OS does this run? Some custom java \ flash OS like all of the other KIRFs?
@DoctarPeppar i mean isnt that just a followers job? to name something blueberry that looks very similar to the black berry?
i mean what if i took some kind of thing and called it a freaking pompaq? i mean seriousy! this is like fraud! arent these people behind this getting sued yet? totally against the law.
It's a bizarre kirfy matrimony between a blackberry and a nokia e72
I hear blueberries are really good.
@NYNY
Yes they are, and wild picked Canadian blueberries are the best on Earth.
I am a half Fin Canadian, where do I buy this cross cultural wonderphone?
if it has BBM, I'm getting one!
@dashin It doesn't. It just looks like a bb.
I love blueberries
CSL is the same company that's manufacturing the Joojoo.

They are notoriously known for their KIRF devices.
Correction: you said it looks more like a Bold 9500 grafted to a Nokia something or other... There's no such thing as the Bold 9500. There's the 9000 and the 9700. The 95xx series are the Storms.
I can't believe suckers pay for that crap.
I'm so happy with my Cranberry Bold,
but I don't understand why it says Ocean Spray on the back.
Haven't these guys heard of Android?
I would like an ePhone, a Hand Pro and a Mottorella Druid.
@Dale P LOLOLOL The Mottorella Druid, that's awesome. Will it include WOW by default?
Kinda funny, I know a guy who works for RIM, but his parents keep calling it "Blueberry" no matter how many times he corrects them.
For the longest time I actually thought RIM's devices were called "Blueberry"... LOL
I love it, when can I get the raspberry? Blueberries are better anyway!
I wouldn't mind if Blackberry emulated this phone some- it looks to have a front facing camera- can you say video chat?
I'm out the country but the blueberry still connect!
I think its always really good when two companies are working back and forth of eachothers work to make the better product. Obviously RIM has the upper hand here but as others have posted, this Blueberry has a front facing camera as well as Dual Sim capabilities which is always good for those traveling on business or what not.

Blackberry Bold and Nokia E72 fusion?!
hahahha at a quick glance I thought this was the new blackberry hahaha
I really like this phone. Does anyone know if it's compatible with the GSM network frequencies in the States? And would its TV tuner work?
If you meant to represent 246 in Roman numerals, I think the more correct way would be CCLXVI
