T-Mobile service down through much of the Southeast this morning
We're getting a few reports this morning that T-Mobile customers through the nation's Southeast have been suffering an outage, and a thread going on the carrier's official forums corroborates the story. It seems that phones attached to both 2G and 3G services throughout much of Florida, Georgia (including Atlanta), Tennessee, and the Carolinas have been affected since the wee hours to some extent; as far as we can tell, service is starting to come back online in some parts, but for others, inbound callers are getting "circuits busy" messages. What's everyone seeing out there?[Thanks to everyone who sent this in]

Maybe something to do with the major tornado outbreak from last night?
Is it southeast or southwest? Make up your minds!
@trwrt Whoops! Fixed.
Sounds like southeast given the named states.
Where's all the comments about how much T-Mobile sucks? I expect that when carriers have issues....oh wait, that's just AT&T. /sarcasm
That really sucks for the T-Mo users down there. Hope they get this resolved soon!
I can tell you that atlanta is affected. can make calls and txt, but no data service on my blackberry still.
my T-Mo cell data went out last night around 12:30am... was back this morning... i'm not in the southeast though...
sounds like T-Mo is working to upgrade towers, but the upgrade in the southeast didn't go so well...
I was having little problems all weekend... NYC.. seems to have been rectified.
My phone is working fine in VA with data. Anyway I heard their really trying to boost speeds and an HSPA+ phone is coming soon. 3x the speed of 4g supposedly and to reach more people. Could that be part of this???
