Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of tiny action figures
Potentially good news for fans of tiny versions of things they like: A new line of Minimates figures based on Marvel vs. Capcom 3 was revealed by Minimates HQ earlier today. The site has since pulled the announcement at the request of Diamond Select Toys, though not before the news and images (like the ones above) were firmly planted on the internet.
Figures appear to run the gamut from Arthur to X-23. Even as their creators have apparently backtracked on the official announcement, the MvC3 Minimates appear to be legit (they even showed up on Capcom Unity, briefly) -- and they're definitely marketable. Seriously, we've wanted a pocket-sized Arthur since, like, 1989.
