MV Guide is a weekly rundown of the MMO gaming events planned on Massively TV.


Every week, the Massively staff logs in to play various MMOs live and in person, and we'd love for you to drop by the channel and visit. We have a combination of regular weekly games and new surprises, so you'll find a variety of titles to take a look at. During our streamed events, you can participate in the live chat, ask questions to learn about the game, and simply spend some time with Massively staff and readers. (Of course, streaming is subject to the whims of outside forces like server-side gremlins once in a while.)

Monday, 5:00 p.m. EST: Beau -- Fantasy Online
Oh, glorious indies. How you tempt and tease Beau with your potential. Come watch as Beau checks out Fantasy Online for this week's Rise and Shiny column. It's tiny, 8-bit, filled with charm and (hopefully) not boring. Beau is due to find out, so join him as he ventures into this game for the first time!

Tuesday, 5:00 p.m. EST: Beau -- Battlestar Galactica Online
Human scum! Prepare to meet your maker as Beau pilots his wicked Cylon spacecraft while looking for victims. If you'd rather not be blown to a million tiny space-bits, you can just join Beau in the chat room and tell him what to do. Just be aware that Cylons do not take lightly to orders, especially those coming from a human. If you're lucky, Beau will spill some of his vast knowledge about PvP as well!

Wednesday, 1:00 p.m. EST: Karen -- Super Hero Squad Online
One million players have to be on to something. Join Karen as she explores Marvel's kid-friendly super hero MMO for her MMO Family column!

Wednesday, 5:00 p.m. EST: Beau -- Battlestar Galactica Online
OK, Beau was lying about being an ace at PvP. He's a complete noob. While he has seen his share of battles, most of those battles end with him inside a space hospital. Please, come join him in the chat room and tell him where to go so he doesn't die constantly. Or better yet, join him in game, and together you can wipe out all of the humans in the galaxy!

Thursday, 5:00 p.m. EST: Beau -- Glitch
Tiny Speck recently announced a relaunch of its darling two-month old MMO Glitch, so Beau decided he better get the "old" game on film before it is changed forever! Also, this is a really good excuse for Beau to get some good chicken squeezing time in. Either way, you benefit: You get to watch as Beau explores the vast side-scrolling world of the Giants, and you get to pop in game and harass him if you want! Did someone say house party?

Thursday, 9:00 p.m. EST: Jeremy and Karen -- Flyff
This week, we meet Invictus, who recently won the Flyff World Championship tournament. The group just returned from its prize-winning visit to Korea to meet with the Flyff team, so tune in to hear all about the challenges of winning the tournament. The team will also put Jeremy and Karen through the ropes as they're introduced to high-level Flyff action. Will they make the cut? Tune in to find out!

Friday, 5:00 p.m. EST: Beau -- Glitch
Those chickens won't squeeze themselves! Lucky for them, Beau is on the case. Join him as he also scrapes barnacles, nibbles pigs, plants crops, waters trees, makes potions, digs holes, collects spice, finishes quests, and generally causes mayhem. Remember, everything could possibly be different a short time after Beau does this stream, so book your seat in the chat room early.

Friday, 7:30 p.m. EST: Patrick -- Champions Online
Is it true? Is it possible? Patrick shows off his new alt, born from an evil plan to change farming forever! Join him as he levels his lowbie into an unstoppable monster of destruction... or at least, gains a level or two.

Friday, 9:00 p.m. EST: Karen and Jeremy -- EverQuest II
It's launch week! EverQuest II is free-to-play across servers and welcomes the launch of the new Freeport as well as the Age of Discovery Expansion. If you're curious about the new Beastlord class, join Jeremy and Karen for a close up look at the new class!
