The Queue: Judge Judy has never heard of World of Warcraft

Welcome back to The Queue, the daily Q&A column in which the WoW Insider team answers your questions about the World of Warcraft.

Welcome to another edition of The Queue, which I'm writing while watching some Judge Judy that my girlfriend DVRed earlier today. I personally don't really care for the show, but Katie loves it.

I was looking for a Judge Judy video to include in today's Queue when I stumbled upon the one you'll see about. In it, Judge Judy admits she doesn't know about WoW. So let me just say this: Judge, if you wish, I will be more than happy to give you some one-on-one instruction on what the World of Warcraft is all about. Have your people call my people; let's make it happen.

Aikou asked:

Has there been any mention of a new legendary weapon for Cataclysm?

Blizzard said at BlizzCon 2010 that there will be a legendary caster weapon -- a staff, if I recall correctly. As far as what dungeon it will come in or how it will be obtained, no information has been provided on that yet.

Zayd asked:

What would you recommend as a quick and easy fix to improve my frame rate? I love having my draw distance at max to help me feel like I'm in a vast new world. I'm hoping if I turn the settings down on anything else, though, it'll help?

Turn everything else down then, especially shadows -- and by "down," I mean at the lowest settings. If that doesn't work, you might just have to upgrade your video card. It'll only cost you about $150 to get a decent video card these days. (I personally recommend Nvidia.)

MikeLive asked:

What was Twilight Highlands called before the Twilight's Hammer moved in, when it was primary a bunch of Wildhammer settlements?

There's no history that I can find on the Twilight Highlands that gives a name (although there is mention that it has been called many different names), but there are numerous references to it as simply "the highlands," so I'd guess that's a good bet. The highlands are also part of the Khaz Modan mountainous region on the Eastern Kingdoms, so it could also have just been a generic part of that region.

This is a good question, and I'm happy to be proven wrong in the comments if someone knows a better answer.
