WRUP: Necromorph extermination laws Alpha and Omega

Dead Space 2 has kept us on the edge of our couches all week. It has also taught us that if we're ever faced with a Necromorph outbreak that there is one simple rule: STOMP EVERYTHING!

• Alexander Sliwinski (@XanderSliwinski): Now that I've completed my Civilization 5 "Space Race" win, the only one I have left is "Diplomatic." Will also finish Dead Space 2 and I bought Split/Second for $10 off GameFly, so looking forward to trying that out with @DaveHinkle.

• Ben Gilbert (@BigBossBgilbert): Continuing my PS3 catch up with more LittleBigPlanet 2 (which is wonderful, in case you were wondering), Joe Danger, and PixelJunk Eden Encore. There's a strong possibility I'll crack and buy Dead Nation as well.

• Chris Buffa (@ChrisBuffa): Crossing my fingers for some Dead Space 2 action.

• Christopher Grant (@ChrisGrant): With both Dead Space 2 and Dead Space iOS in the bag, i'm not quite sure what to do. I've got a bunch of Red Dead left to finish, I just picked up Minerva's Den for BioShock 2 during that 2K sale, and I snagged LittleBigPlanet 2 from that Kmart sale. You tell me, Joystiq.

• David Hinkle (@DaveHinkle): Believe it or not, I don't really have anything to play right now, so I'll probably be spending some time in the streets and hunting down some games on XBLA. Or sleeping a lot.

• Griffin McElroy (@griffinmcelroy): Tucking more time into my magnum LittleBigPlanet 2 opus. It's officially the hardest I've ever worked on anything in my whole life.

• James Ransom-Wiley: I horribly, horribly mistimed my GameFly. So, I'll just be waiting for someone to return their copy of Dead Space 2 -- hurry up and finish! (Pretty please?)

• JC Fletcher (@jcfletcher): A random craving has driven me back to the NES for one of my favorite janky licensed games, Golgo 13: Top Secret Episode.

• Justin McElroy (@JustinMcElroy): I'm hooked on an FMV iPhone game from 2006 called Make My Day, kind of a choose your own adventure type thing. Yeah, it's that kind of weekend.

• Ludwig Kietzmann (@LudwigK): It's going to be one of those "social" weekends, so I'll be sneaking in bits of Dead Space 2 and Ghost Trick at every opportunity. Nobody will see the DS under the dinner table, right?

• Mike Schramm (@MikeSchramm): Playing lots of iPhone games here at Macworld, and really, really hooked on League of Legends lately.

• Randy Nelson (@DangerPenguin): I just spent about 16 hours over two days beating a very loud FPS and playing multiplayer, so the Mojave Wasteland is sounding mighty tranquil by comparison.

• Richard Mitchell (@SenseiRAM) Still getting my ass kicked by EA Sports Active 2. Also trying to wrap up Ghost Trick so I can send it back to Gamefly and (hopefully) snag Dead Space 2. And a little Bionic Commando Rearmed 2.
