MV Guide: July 9 - 15, 2012

MV Guide is a weekly rundown of the MMO gaming events planned on Massively TV.

Every week, the Massively Stream Team logs in to play various MMOs live and in person, and we'd love for you to drop by the channel and visit. We have a combination of regular weekly games and new surprises each week, so you'll find a variety of titles to watch. During our streamed events, you can participate in the live chat, ask questions to learn about the game, or simply spend some time with Massively staff and readers. (Of course, streaming is subject to the whims of outside forces like server-side gremlins once in a while.)

Monday

5:00 p.m. EDT: Beau -- Uncharted Waters Online
It's been a long, long time since Beau checked in on this cool free-to-play title, so now's the time to give it another look. It just so happens a new expansion for the game was released, so this stream will be a win-win.

8:00 p.m. EDT: Mike -- EVE Online
It's PvP time in this week's EVE stream! Join Mike as he fits an army of low-level, expendable ships and sets out into low-sec space to pick a few fights. Will Mike emerge victorious, or will he end up a frozen corpse floating through space? Hint: The second one.

Tuesday

8:00 p.m. EDT: James "Adventure Mike" -- World of Warcraft: Cataclysm
It's been a long time since Mike encroached upon the otherworldly reaches of outlands, but it's just about time again. Shannon and his characters are going to be exploring the alien landscape and the depths of its deepest dungeons this week as they dive head-first into the content of WoW's first expansion: The Burning Crusade. Join for a trip down memory lane and maybe even a few laughs all this week.

9:00 p.m. EDT: MJ -- EverQuest II
EverQuest Two-sday continues with more investigation into the D'Morte family. Join MJ as she barrels into various crypts and hidden chambers with reckless abandon to explore and conquer the game's first ever adventure pack, The Bloodline Chronicles. And juuuust maybe she will survive the swarming hordes of mobs 50 levels under her! Maybe... if she doesn't keep trying to pull the entire dungeon at once.

Wednesday

2:30 p.m. EDT: Blake -- Global Agenda
Blake is back on the healer for another Lunchtime Livecast in Global Agenda! He'll stick with the Medic this week so he doesn't get lost too badly...

7:00 p.m. EDT: Mike -- World of Tanks
Mike is back in the world... of tanks. With a slightly better tank than last time and a raging case of the "vengeance will be mines," Mike is prepared to storm the digital battlefield and lay waste to some anonymous armor-based MMO players. Tune in for tank carnage and what will likely be a collection of embarrassing defeats.

8:00 p.m. EDT: James "Adventure Mike" -- World of Warcraft: Cataclysm
Adventure Mike returns for more streaming in WoW's first expansion: The Burning Crusade. Join for a trip down memory lane and maybe even a few laughs all this week.

9:00 p.m. EDT: Richie -- SMITE
"In the jungle, the mighty jungle, Richie plays some SMITE." This week, Richie continues to test his reflexes in the third-person-perspective MOBA, SMITE. He's been practicing the art of jungling with the severed-head-carrying god, Kali, and looks forward to carving up the competition in this two-hour livestream show.

9:00 a.m. EDT: David "Psykopig" -- The Secret World
The time has come again for The Pig to change games and he has a whopper this time! The Secret World is a dark, scary and... scary MMO! Join in as Psykopig will take you through all the details starting with character creation, all the way until he squeals from fright!

5:00 p.m. EDT: Beau -- RuneScape
Good news for you, viewers: the combat upgrade beta is now open to everyone. In case you're too lazy to log into the game, you can watch Beau explore all of the new goodies that come with it!

8:00 p.m. EDT: MJ -- The Secret World
You've seen the cutscenes. You've seen zombie slaughter, shiny lore hunts, and even ghostly hanging bodies. Now, by popular demand, it's time to see some investigative missions! Join MJ as she (hopefully!) puzzles out at least one mission in this special two-hour The Secret World extravaganza. Who knows, it may be your input that solves the case! Co-op puzzle solving FTW!

5:00 p.m. EDT: Beau -- Die2Nite
This is one of Beau's favorite browser-based games, and its unique design continues to surprise him. Check it out as he tries to survive a zombie attack, in ways you've never seen.

7:00 p.m. EDT: MJ -- Aion
Maybe MJ's really just not giving the caster a fair shake. True, the Spiritmaster can't heal, but it has cool pets! So join MJ as she heads back to Asmodae and into life as a squishy, er caster. Perhaps she'll even be able to secure a group for Nochsana Training Camp, the first group dungeon.

Saturday

8:00 a.m. EDT: David "Psykopig" -- The Secret World
Psykopig's The Secret World adventures continue on Saturdays! Saturday is PvP night and he is gonna show you how it's done (or at least try)! With a very fresh take on how PvP works, The Secret World has a bunch of awesomely fun things to do! Check it out!

Sunday

1:00 p.m. EDT: Blake -- Star Wars: The Old Republic
Twice the streams, twice the PvP healing in one week! In Sunday's Lunchtime Livecast, Blake gets into PvP healing in SWTOR for the first time on a Jedi Sage. See sub-50 PvP in The Old Republic this Sunday!
