One Shots: Counting blessings
Massively reader Ralph "The Wonder Llama" (don't look at me!) delivered this spectacular TERA image to headline this week's One Shots. He wrote in:
This is my Amani Berzerker, Sequoia. She's seen here showing off her brand-new crafted level 40 plate armor (proving once again that you don't have to show a lot of skin to look totally hot!). We took some time out from our busy schedule of monster slaying in TERA to admire the scenery in Blessing Basin, a beautiful forested zone full of strange and exotic creatures, most of whom want to kill you. This particular shot was taken at the Fountain of Shara, where Mystel, the goddess of fate, determines whether intrepid adventurers are are worthy of her assistance. I'm pleased to report that Sequoia passed the test with flying colors!

EVE Online provides no shortage of amazing vistas. Throw some stardust at some starships and you're bound to generate something awe-inspiring. A Massively contributor named Matthew sent in this shot of a lumbering freighter gliding through the carnage of a massive battle in the infamous sci-fi sandbox. "It's just friggin' gorgeous," he told us. "This fight would not have been possible without CCP's time dilation solution. A lot goes wrong in EVE, but in this moment, an awful lot went right."
Guild Wars 2 is almost here, and I'd know it even without a calendar; I can judge its proximity by the influx of screenshots One Shots receives for ArenaNet's inbound sequel. "Hey there, Massively," says Valerie, the submitter of this next shot. "Here's a screenshot of outside Divinity's Reach at night, taken during one of the beta weekend events."
More Guild Wars 2 screenshots are welcome as we head into launch week... but so are screenshots from every other game! The weirder, the better!
