MV Guide: August 13 - 19, 2012
MV Guide is a weekly rundown of the MMO gaming events planned on Massively TV.
Every week, the Massively Stream Team logs in to play various MMOs live and in person, and we'd love for you to drop by the channel and visit. We have a combination of regular weekly games and new surprises each week, so you'll find a variety of titles to watch. During our streamed events, you can participate in the live chat, ask questions to learn about the game, or simply spend some time with Massively staff and readers. (Of course, streaming is subject to the whims of outside forces like server-side gremlins once in a while.)

Monday
5:00 p.m. EDT: Beau -- Dark Blood
If you last action-based MMOs that remind you of the arcade hits of the 80s (wait, you aren't that old are you?) then you might like Dark Blood. Watch as Beau chops and shoots his way through this new Outspark title for Rise and Shiny.
6:00 p.m. EDT: MJ -- The Secret World
Tired of being cooped up in the school's admin office, Carter wants to get out and flex her supernatural muscles. Join MJ as she escorts Carter on an adventure, one of the new quests added in The Secret World's first update.
7:00 p.m. EDT: Mike -- EVE Online
Brand new time, same awesome EVE! Or same terrible EVE, depending on your opinion. This week on the stream, Mike dusts off Cannonball Rum, his zero-skill capsuleer, and sends her into low-security space to taunt pirates and generally get blown to smithereens. Can Mike make it to the EVE gate without getting tackled by some wily, terrible outlaw? Probably not. But tune in and find out for yourself!
8:00 p.m. EDT: Beau -- The Kingdom of Loathing
Beau continues his trip through the wacky world of The Kingdom of Loathing for Choose My Adventure. You vote on it and he does it! What is on the agenda for this week? Tune in and see.
Tuesday
5:00 p.m. EDT: Beau -- Gunshine
Beau loves to stream Gunshine simply because BOOM! and, you know, BLAM! It's a simple MMO that is easy to jump into and a blast to play. Want to see Beau destroy zombies? Of course. Join this stream, then!
8:00 p.m. EDT: MJ -- Vanguard
Today is the official free-to-play launch, so join MJ as she pokes around Telon and perhaps even groups with a few of the folks who have been waiting to get in and experience the game for themselves! And who knows, she might even catch sight of a snowman today.
9:00 p.m. EDT: MJ -- EverQuest II
Unable to defeat Mullock and keep his "cheeeeerished," MJ gives The Sinking Sands a break and heads back to complete more of The Bloodline Chronicles adventure pack. Join her as she delves deeper into the D'Morte family tree and tries to trim some of its branches!
Wednesday
10:00 a.m. EDT: Richie -- RaiderZ
The closed beta of RaiderZ is in full swing and Richie will continue to engage gargantuan monstrosities armed with an oversized tuna fish. That's not a joke, you can actually do that. Of course, dancing while mounted upon a feathery moa mount is just about as much fun. In any case, watch the show to find out what kind of crazy antics Richie gets himself into this week.
2:30 p.m. EDT: Blake -- Star Wars: The Old Republic
Blake's going to switch things up for this week's Lunchtime Livecast. How about a little max level PVP action for your Wednesday? Blake will hop on the Vanguard and get into some trouble in TOR's Warzones in Lunchtime Livecast #27.
7:00 p.m. EDT: Mike -- World of Tanks
Mike's World of Tanks conquest continues this week with more tanks, more tech, and more shouts of "Oh my god, where was that guy?!" You know, your typical World of Tanks with Mike stream. This week, Mike will be looking into more advanced tank strategies and upgrades, in addition to bringing the pain from afar with his trusty artillery delivery system (read: a tank). Find out what this popular free-to-play title has to offer and help Mike plan his victory dance -- or his dance of shame.

9:00 a.m. EDT: David "Psykopig" Desi -- Realm of the Mad God
Psykopig is searching for new games! Join in as he makes his first prod into the world of different MMOs! Realm of the Mad God is up first! Its an indie game, with retro graphics that will take us on a huge adventure... that's flat! Excitement coming up this Thursday, IN THE STY!
