Today Nintendo announces the Wii U price and release date, along with other core launch details about the console. First up on the schedule is Japan's Nintendo Direct, in which Nintendo president Satoru Iwata may give us an idea of what to expect from the Nintendo of America event taking place later today. We're never really sure with Nintendo, which is half the fun.
