Space Hulk adds 'Messenger of Purgatory' campaign

Developer Full Control has revealed a new campaign for its grid-based strategy game Space Hulk, dubbed "Messenger of Purgatory."

The campaign adds three new missions which ask "players to retrieve the remains of the fallen Captain Atarius." This downloadable addition also fixes a number of bugs present in the original game. Best of all, Messenger of Purgatory is free. Though not currently available, when the DLC debuts (supposedly later today) Space Hulk players will be able to pick up Messenger of Purgatory by visiting either the game's official site or Steam.

"We wanted to give the community a big 'thank you' for the wonderful support they have shown, through the first stage of launch, and we think that fans will really love the Messenger of Purgatory campaign," said Full Control CEO Thomas Hentschel Lund "This game update addresses many of the fan requests and suggestions that continue to hone and refine the experience of Space Hulk."
