The Queue: Gone Home

Welcome back to The Queue, the daily Q&A column in which the WoW Insider team answers your questions about the World of Warcraft. Alex Ziebart will be your host today.

Late last night, I decided to play Gone Home. It turned out to be one of the most beautiful experiences I've ever had in gaming. I highly recommend it, but don't go into it expecting a game game. It's telling you a story, but asks you to find the pieces.

And now, The Queue!

@piersont28 asked:

What's Blizzard's policy on printing Warcraft art for personal use? I.e., a poster of the box art or my toon?

If it's for personal use, it shouldn't be any issue. If you're going through a professional printer to do it, that's where you may have a problem. Many of them won't print material that's owned by someone else, which is totally reasonable because they shouldn't be doing it! If you have access to the equipment yourself and you're only doing it for yourself, Blizzard won't take issue with that. They wouldn't find out, anyway.

lib.feathers asked:

Didn't get a response before, may have been overlooked for Christmas, so I'll ask again. What's the best way to submit something to World of WarCrafts? It has a comment form to fill out - does that still work?

Easiest method is to use the Contact Us page! It's fully functional.

@Arakkoa asked:

What do you reckon will happen to Sporelings now that their home is retconed to have not existed 30 years ago?

According to the Warlords concept art that we've seen for what takes the place of Zangarmarsh, the sporelings/sporeloks may still exist. In Warlords, Zangarmarsh is a fungal sea instead of a ... marsh. There might be mermolds.

@MarioCFlores asked:

What about your alts being NPC's in your garrisons? Just walking around not as followers but as extra flavor? =D

I'm not sure if there's much question here to answer, but I would love that, personally. I might have even mentioned it before in an earlier Queue. Having my characters all gathered together in my personal base would be super awesome. Especially if they were set to do class-appropriate things. Stick my rogue somewhere brewing poisons, or a hunter shooting at a target when they aren't wandering around.

@Xxian2k11 asked:

I've hot D3 on console and on PC, is there no way to link the two at all?

As far as I know, no. They're two different platforms, not connected at all.
