Google Play Music All Access coming to iOS in weeks

Engadget reports Google's Play Music All Access app will appear on iOS in the next few weeks. Google's Sundar Pichai, speaking with Walt Mossberg today said the goal is to make the service "universally accessible" across all platforms.

Google Play All Access was exclusive to Android mobile devices until now, although there was a browser version. With All Access you can get unlimited listening to millions of songs, create custom radio stations and skip as much as you want. You can try the service free for 30 days, and currently Google is offering an introductory price of US $7.99 a month. The ad-free service can also make recommendations based on your musical tastes, and allows you to store up to 20,000 songs in a cloud-based locker.

Like the iTunes Store, Google sells music through Google Play. The Google Play All Access music service was announced earlier this month at Google's I/O Conference in San Francisco.
