The Queue: I'm back

Welcome back to The Queue, the daily Q&A column in which the WoW Insider team answers your questions about the World of Warcraft. Alex Ziebart will be your host today.

Due to BlizzCon shenanigans, this is my first Queue since late October. Did you miss me?

No. Of course not. Even I wouldn't miss me.

gamer4279 asked:

I need to know: Is that sale of the $5 60 day time cards at Gamestop on Black Friday, absolutely confirmed? Ive seen the flyer. but it doesnt mention a definitive price. I plan on buying enough time cards to last me for quite some time if this is in fact true.

It is not confirmed. Since that original ad was revealed, some other details about it have come out. You can't just buy a stack of time cards for $5 each. It looks like you get that bundled with buying, for example, a World of Warcraft battle chest or something along those lines. In other words, if you buy the game, you get a deal on the gametime.

Ron2 asked:

I was fighting General Nazgrim today, and in the chat pane, everything he said was labeled as labeled as [Demonic]. Is that just in-game weirdness, or did something happen to Naz?

That's what happens when a warlock puts Curse of Tongues on something. Wait, no. I think that's wrong, but I'm leaving it there so you can see the exact moment I performed a double-take at my desk. I haven't played my warlock in ages, so I have to ask the readers this question: do warlocks even have Curse of Tongues anymore? Has it been rolled into another spell?

Cyrael asked:

Anyone else sick of people conceding in Hearthstone right before you land the killing blow? Pretty much deflates most of the satisfaction of finally breaking a losing streak. Makes me wish there was a "Coward!" emote.

I concede when I know I've lost. Sometimes that's when I'm looking at the field on my own turn and realizing I have nothing to stop my inevitable defeat. Sometimes it's when I'm behind and then my opponent slaps down another badass I can't deal with. I don't do it because I want my opponent to lose out on the satisfaction of victory. I do it because I got tired of opponents that, when they have a sure victory, stop and play every single card in their hand to do eight million damage in one go instead of the one damage they need. Not everyone does that, but enough of them do that I don't waste time finding out.

ScottLeyes asked:

Will there be opportunities for more epic Alliance Poop Quests in WoD?

If you don't get at least two poop quests per expansion, you're not playing Alliance. On the other hand, if you play Horde, you get to buddy up with an entire race of people who make poop and butt jokes for an entire expansion! Isolated case so far, though.

@Xtina_Marie04 asked:

with squish dropping our health down, will it drop our dps output as well? Old raids still soloable?

The devs have said that old raids will still be soloable. That won't change.

@wowcynwise asked:

What's up with these new secondary stats?

I'm going to cop out on this one a little bit and say keep an eye out this week. Blizzard will be publishing a dev blog post that explains everything about stat changes in Warlords of Draenor. That post will, most likely, lay out exactly what the new stats are and what they do. Considering that post might be coming out today, it's silly for me to give an explanation when my understanding might turn out totally wrong within 24 hours.
