WRUP: Look guys I finally found another picture of a man with a hat edition

Whenever I feel low on ideas, a new running gag is born.

I'm a complicated man, and no one understands me but my fellow searchers for pictures of men wearing hats. Three years ago, I found a picture of a man with a hat, and for a brief moment all seemed to be right in the world. Since then, despite a tireless complete lack of searching, I had not found another picture that matched my simple criterion of "man with a hat that I wanted to use as an article header."

But now I've found another picture of a man with a hat! Although his hat isn't all that great.

Are you going to spend your entire weekend looking for pictures of men with hats to leave in the comments? Or are you just going to look at what the Massively staff will be doing in WRUP just past the break and then inform us of your plans? If you're unsure, consider the problems of men wearing hats.

@Beau_Hindman: I think I will be bringing down some arks in Defiance. It's addictive, but it's sometimes frustrating when no one else provides the batteries to pull them down. Bums, I tell ya! I'm also really hoping to figure Wander out a bit more and will be revisiting Istaria and Myst Online: Uru Live. Don't even ask me about my Steam library; I'm scared to look at it.

@nbrianna: If I scrounge any time to play, it'll probably be in World of Warcraft, where I'm trying to finish up an assortment of achievements, real and invented, before I let my account lapse until Draenor.

Eliot Lefebvre, Senior Contributing Editor

@Eliot_Lefebvre: More stuff to be done in Final Fantasy XIV, even if I have found myself very thoroughly capped for Myth already. Oh, yes, there's the WildStar beta as well; wouldn't do to forget that. WoW might also be on the table, or perhaps I'll focus instead on working through the plethora of single-player games I have lying around.

Justin Olivetti, Senior Contributing Editor

@Sypster: I have a lot I'd like to be doing this weekend in MMOs, starting with The Secret World's holiday event. Papa needs a new scarf from a Christmas demon! Apart from that, I need to get in some time with Trove and WildStar, level up some more in Lord of the Rings Online, and faithfully log in each day to Neverwinter in order to get my free mimic companion.

Matthew Gollschewski, Columnist

I'll be trying to build something in the Neverwinter Foundry for my column. Probably playing some of that besides, as well as FFXIV on my ever-so-pretty Roegadyn. Maybe a little WoW, but I could probably use a short break from that.

Mike Foster, Contributing Editor

@MikedotFoster: I just finished Gone Home, but I might play it again. Other than that, the weekend is all about Dota 2 and Allods Online (assuming I'm ever allowed to pay for my subscription). I hope everyone's holidays were a delight!

MJ Guthrie, Contributing Editor

@MJ_Guthrie: I'm still knee-deep in holiday events, so I am cramming some serious festival time in this weekend before everything ends. I am nowhere near finished getting all the clothing I want from Hel in The Secret World (since she's not wearing any, she certainly has no need of it), and there are many alts who need to get that winter fae dragon plushie in EverQuest II. I will also be putting some extra time in Aion and Final Fantasy XIV, and although it isn't very festive (or MMOy), I might sneak some Left 4 Dead 2 in!

Richie Procopio, Contributing Editor

@RichieProcopio: This weekend, my list of gaming desires is long: WildStar beta, Hearthstone, and Guild Wars 2. However, my wife surprised me with an Xbox One for Christmas, so I think I may spend some time smashing zombies in Dead Rising!

At the start of every weekend, we catch up with the Massively staff members and ask them, "What are you playing this week?" (Otherwise known as: WRUP!) Join us to see what we're up to in and out of game -- and catch us in the comments to let us know what you're playing, too!
