WRUP: WildStar's sadface
Welcome back to Massively's What Are You Playing, the game in which we tell you what we're playing this weekend and you tell us how WildStar still totally justifies its subscription fee.
@ceruleangrey: I'll be doing the Halloween thing in Guild Wars 2 because if I can't gorge myself on candy corn responsibly in real life, I might as well do it virtually. I'm also going to try to make just a little bit more money in Final Fantasy XIV to prepare for patch 2.4. I have enough gil to buy a plot of land, but I'll probably want to actually put something on it. A house or whatever, who knows.
@nbrianna/blog: Same as last weekend for me: I'll probably do some Guild Wars 2 stuff and continue trying to escape the themepark parts of ArcheAge, but the Trove promo might pull me in. I've also got a World of Warcraft freebie week and the Shroud of the Avatar client sitting on my desktop. Good stuff.
@Eliot_Lefebvre/blog: I'm finishing up the last of my prep for 2.4 in Final Fantasy XIV, so I honestly don't know what I'll be doing for most of the weekend. Working ahead, watching scary films, and possibly stocking up on energy drinks? And catching up in Star Trek Online; I'm behind but not distressed over that fact.
@Sypster/blog: WildStar and RIFT will get most of my attention this weekend. The excitement of the new expansion is palpable in RIFT, and I really would like to get my level 47 Rogue up to the new content, although that will probably take a few weeks yet. And I'm still going back and forth between leveling up a new Esper in WildStar and blasting faces off with my elder Engineer, so maybe I'll make up my mind by Monday.
@MJ_Guthrie/blog: I am still on a quest to get a merchant ship in ArcheAge, so I have many Gilda Stars to accumulate. That means I will be attempting more runs to Freedich. Of course, I have other materials to keep stockpiling as well (I want a fishing boat, too!), so plenty of farming is still on the docket. I also got a chance to peek around the pirates' island, so I may or may not spend a bit more time there. If you can believe it, I really CAN break away from AA! There are still many more Halloween builds in Landmark that I want to check out, and I plan on cramming at least 10 levels of story quests in in Star Wars: The Old Republic, I don't want to miss the 12x XP!
