The Queue: Everything I do is a distraction right now

Welcome back to The Queue, the daily Q&A column in which the WoW Insider team answers your questions about the World of Warcraft. Matthew Rossi will be your host today.

Writing this Queue? A distraction. Showering, eating, experiencing the joys of nature? All distractions. My soul longs to be drowned in Draenor. Yet here I am writing this Queue. For love of you, dear WoW Insider readers who are likely currently playing in Draenor instead of reading it. Fie! A pox upon the frailties of my human body, my human brain, that cannot simply be submerged forever into the deep, deep digital waters of Warlords.

Anyway, the Queue. I believe in the before times we answered questions here. It shall be so again.

Merkavar asks:
How many hours from 90-100 you think. I'm not an energy drinking nutter with a 20 step plan for most efficient leveling. My plan is to go fast to 100 the first time then go back for the story etc on my many alts

Matt "Matticus" Low is already level 98. So it's reasonable to estimate 10 to 12 hours.

JeffLaBowski asks:
Q4tQ:
So Khadgar is now at the shrine and in a no "walk thru" and no mount halo--which is really cool. Something they should do for holiday quest givers too. This is alternative uni Khadgar right? Does he remember Azeroth? How did he get to the shrine? Is this a lore thing or strictly a game thing?

No, it's our Khadgar. He's an Archmage, he can do stuff like this. Consider it a really effective mirror images spell. This Khadgar remembers Azeroth fine, he's the same guy we met in Outland.

Armenius asks:
Well my attempt to take a nap failed.

How do you (stereotypically older, but I would never say that out loud) people do it?

I'm 42 and I barely sleep four hours a night. I have to nap or I'd die.

HerrKlokbok says:
I'm home.

Just felt like putting that here. And this.

I know a lot of players don't really care about this kind of thing, but in the words of Vidyala, I am having intense Draenei feels right now.

TallTrent says:
I see so many are parking their characters by the Dark Portal, but I have moved all of my 90s to their appropriate profession trainers. I want to train all my professions before heading to Draenor so I can level them past 600.

Well, you can also get to Draenor by talking to any of the Khadgar (I have it on good authority that the plural of Khadgar is Khadgar), including the ones in Orgrimmar, Stormwind, and the Shrines. As for professions, I got my enchanting and blacksmithing drops last night to start leveling those. Gonna be hard without mining, but c'est la vie.

TallTrent asks:
Is there catch-up gear available somewhere for level 90s like we can get for level 80s and level 85s? I have alts that aren't fully decked out in Timeless Isle Gear and it would be great to grab those for them. I would guess it would be the same gear that boosted 90s can get.

Actually, if you do the Tanaan quests you'll end up geared without much worry.

Okay, I've done Queue'd. Gonna try and get some Draenor in now. See you there.
