Around Azeroth: A legendary visage
Sure, it'll be nice to see our characters with redesigned models in Warlords of Draenor. Maybe we'll even see people choosing more than just the one female troll face! But the NPCs deserve some love too. Take Wrathion, who as a latecomer to Azeroth should logically have a relatively decent face. Instead, he looks like he's wearing Handsome Jack's mask from Borderlands 2 and has been awake drinking and forgetting to tweeze his eyebrows for about two weeks.
