WRUP: In which we reflect on opinions
This week has been one of opinions. I think the biggest, and most obvious is probably top of mind, but I've never been one to presume. So when we asked your intrepid WoW Insider staff what they're playing this weekend, we also asked their opinion on the Issue Of The Week. (Which, of course, implies what you think the Issue of the Week is.)
What about you, dear reader? What are you playing this weekend? And do you have any bubbling opinion that you're just dying to get off your chest?
Anne Stickney (@Shadesogrey) This weekend is going to be spent um ... well, working, like usual really! Beyond that, I have some painting to do. Not the canvas kind, the wall kind. And there's baseball to watch. As far as issues go, I believe I've made my opinion on issues pretty clear over the last several years, and don't really care to repeat myself.
Elizabeth Harper (@Faience) I'm at Disneyland right now and not thinking about The Issue. Hanging out with friends so probably no serious gaming this weekend.
Elizabeth Wachowski (@leeatwaterlives) I'm not sure what I'll be playing. I started another Fallout: New Vegas playthrough, going independent this time since I did NCR the first go-round and any female player who sides with the Legion has issues. One of my coworkers has been regaling me with how I should get back into D3, so I may also give that a shot. My opinion on my issue of the week: if they already have heart problems, is it really murder if you jump out from behind a door wearing a Freddy Krueger mask?
Matthew Rossi (@MatthewWRossi) I'm still working on The Book with my friends (up to over 100k words, heading into the home stretch) - as for the opinion of the week, by the time this goes live you'll have seen my take on it on the site.
Sarah Pine (@ilaniel) This weekend I'm not sure what I'll be doing--I've got raid tonight, and then I'm going to visit my family next week, so I have to prep for that. Re: The Issue, I'm just going to link Rades' parody that had me in utter stitches.
The weekend is the perfect time to kick back, relax and enjoy some game time. Are you an achievement junkie? Can't get enough raiding? Rolling a new alt? Considering taking the leap into roleplaying?
