Whether in tablet or laptop mode, it met all of our expectations (with the exception, naturally, of gaming), and has an ace screen and long-lasting battery to boot. Our only real complaint is the skimpy connectivity.

...feels solidly built, however, it's awkwardly large and heavy as a standalone tablet. Flying solo, the tablet is noticeably hefty ... for comfort purposes, the dock seems integral for elongated periods of use... Performance-wise, the tablet was zippy and smooth.

For us it's all about that functional design though. That really makes the T300 stand out. So long as the as-yet-unknown price is right it'll even show Microsoft Surface a thing or two.
