The Logitech Harmony 510 is a good PC-programmable universal remote, but you should opt for one of the two nearly identical Harmony models instead.

It was a great day when I was able to replace 4 separate remotes with one that did the job even better. Being able to customize and create specific actions that would require 10 clicks through a menu system that you access with just one click is awesome.
