The MSI GE60 (2OE) has all the fundamentals a gaming PC should have: processing power, high graphics capability and plenty of connectivity, all for a low price. All the same, this first stab at the Haswell processor was not a hole in one, due in part to an under-sized battery and a noisy fan.

If 8.6 or even 7.7 pounds is too heavy for your tastes, you might prefer the slim GE series, where both the 15- and 17-inch models weigh in at less than six pounds. In exchange for a lighter design, of course, you get slightly inferior specs.

TL;DR: DO NOT BUY IT! It will break in a year! Too high temperature for playing on that even on a cooler pad. So from outside: mostly aluminium. The top looks great if you close the lid. If you open it you'll see that the monitor frame is very cheap bad looking plastic... On mine the MSI logo is...
