The Playstation Network Store is just as robust as XBLA and the Wii Shop channel. If anything, the games on there seem to be of a higher quality. And aside from Netflix streaming (which is overrated, considering the movies available for that service), Sony's video store could go pound for pound against the 360's and come out on top due to the portability to the PSP for on-the-go viewing.
Price is closer than you think as you'd have to tack on $90 to the 360 anyway for wireless. And call me crazy, but I prefer the simple elegance of the cross media bar over the new, ridiculously convoluted 360 interface.
In this generation of console wars, the real strength lies in the in-house developers. With Nintendo using the same old franchises in the same old way and Microsoft not putting out anything noteworthy throughout the life of their console, I'd say Sony's got a win on their hands...at least as far as OG gamers are concerned.
