This isn't the first portable 3G router we've seen, but it certainly has the most convoluted name: the LevelOne 3G MobilSpot Portable Wireless HotSpot (WBR-3800) by CP Technologies. Just slot your EV-DO or HSDPA data card into the router's CardBus or USB interfaces and you've got an instant portable network for sharing to any 802.11b/g WiFi or Ethernet device. A 10/100Mbps WAN jack lets it double as your home router with auto-switching 3G backup for those of you with particularly troublesome DSL/Cable providers. The device measures 129 x 124 x 32mm (which isn't that small) but costs a reasonable $149.

  • WoW Moviewatch: Lemmings raid Undercity

The music drives me nuts (is it actually from a Lemmings game?), but the video is pretty funny-- somebody took 40 green-haired gnomes lemmings all the way into Undercity. They don't list a body count, but I'd imagine it's pretty high-- that spider rips right through them.Gnome raids are an old tradition by now, but if you've never done one, this is a pretty good approximation of exactly what it's like-- lots of gnomes dying, a huge swarm of little legs and feet. The fire festival part was especially cool, but it's too bad a raid like this can't do anything really amazing-- I doubt they'd ever consider this, but how cool would it be if Blizzard implemented some lower level raids? Something that required like 60 level ones or 40 level 20s would be perfect for fun guilds like this one.[ via LJ ]

This isn't the first shot I've seen of a low level player running around Outland (no, players can't go through the Dark Portal before level 58, but they can be summoned by a warlock or ported by a mage at any level), but I think it may be one of the most amusing. Reader Nirun sends in this shot of an amusingly named level one warrior running around -- not in Shattrath City but outside Hellfire Citadel itself! And to the burning question of, "Is there really any place in Hellfire Peninsula a level one player can stand without aggroing half the zone?" The answer, apparently, is yes!Do you have a unique shot of Azeroth or Outland that you'd like to show off to the rest of the world? Tell us about it by e-mailing aroundazeroth@gmail.com! You can attach a picture file or send us a link to one -- and don't worry about formatting, we'll take care of that part. See more of your pics from Around Azeroth. %Gallery-1816%
