BBC's Music app puts live sessions, interviews and playlists in one place
From its radio stations to Live Lounge sessions and festival coverage, the BBC produces a lot of music-related content. Late last year, the broadcaster announced a number of new ideas designed to leverage its musical talents, and one of those launches today in the form of the BBC Music app for Android and iOS devices. Just as iPlayer puts the best of BBC TV in one place, the new app highlights live performances, interviews and curated playlists from all the Beeb's TV, radio and online sources.
