ArenaNet was in London this past weekend promoting its Guild Wars 2 e-sports angle to show-goers, including some who might never have played or even heard of the MMO. A pair of videos serve to explain how Guild Wars 2 works; the first covers PvE from character creation to skills to armor, and the second, hosted by Competitive Community Manager Joshua "Grouch" Davis, covers all things PvP. Transformers Universe is currently attempting to make waves at Eurogamer Expo 2014 with tournaments, free play, and the addition of two new characters. Now in the game's beta test are Pandemic and Outsider. Pandemic is a Decepticon sports car controller who has a flexible weapon set that can mess with enemies and pin them down. Outsider is an Autobot who can teleport to and from the front lines of battle as well as yank enemies around with a gravity well. We've got the first look of these new warriors in a video after the break!

The Eurogamer Network is bringing together its two major UK expos under the blanket name of EGX, starting next year. So, the Eurogamer Expo becomes EGX London, while the PC and indie-orientated showcase Rezzed is EGX Rezzed now. Names are all good and well, but we're sure you're more interested in the confirmed dates for what's been the UK's premier expo over the last few years. EGX London runs across September 25 to 28, 2014, at the Earl's Court venue once more, with tickets going on sale starting April 1. Meanwhile, EGX Rezzed comes to the NEC in Birmingham on March 28-30, and tickets are on sale now.
