World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria now live in Europe
I promised you notifcation, and as your spy across the pond that's exactly what I'm doing. I can report that the Mists of Pandaria launch went off just as described, until a certain point which surprised me. As I stood in Stormwind, a quest popped onto my screen, with an accompanying message in chat. "Mists of Pandaria has launched! Visit Stormwind to begin your adventure." The quest, The King's Command, sent me to Stormwind keep immediately for a briefing with King Varian Wrynn. I proceeded as instructed, worried that I would encountered Varian, coated with so many players that I could not possibly pick up the quest, or hand in my automatically collected one. I was pleasantly surprised that, as I walked into the Keep, I was immediately taken into a cut scene. My screenshots of said cutscene unfortunately don't appear to have worked, but trust me, there's a cut scene. I'm not going to spoil it for you, but after the cut scene, I was teleported outside the keep, where this happened. How can you prepare for tonight's launch?
It's almost here! As your spy across the pond, I'll be keeping you up to date with how the launch rolls out, so that you can know what to expect when it launches in your timezone. You do, of course, need to know what time it's all going down, so you're not sitting staring at your character creation screen for hours on end, cursing the absence of a monk button. North and Latin American realms - 12:00 a.m. PDT, September 25 European realms - 12:00 a.m. CEST, September 25 Korean/Taiwan realms - 12:00 a.m. KST, September 27 But what can you be doing right now to get ready for Mists' launch? Addons Over at Addon Spotlight, we've been working hard to keep you abreast of addon updating and strategizing going into Mists. A lot of the same advice provided for 5.0.4 bears repeating for Mists, and you can check out how to get your addons ready for Mists. Mists is going to be a really interesting launch as far as your UI goes, given that there's no server shutdown and no logging on or off. Either it's all going to go beautifully, or it's all going to go horribly wrong! Make sure you have a UI setup with no addons that is playable on whatever character you're starting with.

Kaivax - Mists of Pandaria Launch Times The official Mists of Pandaria launch times are as follows: North and Latin American realms - 12:00 a.m. PDT, September 25 European realms - 12:00 a.m. CEST, September 25 Korean/Taiwan realms - 12:00 a.m. KST, September 27 With this expansion, we're using a new bit of tech that will unlock the expansion content, make the intro quest magically pop up in your quest log, and allow you to begin playing the expansion immediately without the need to log out and back in. If everything goes as planned this will be a smooth transition to the adventures that await you in the new continent. See you in-game! source There you have it. You won't even have to log out to play as soon as Mists of Pandaria goes live. It's open warfare between Alliance and Horde in Mists of Pandaria, World of Warcraft's next expansion. Jump into five new levels with new talents and class mechanics, try the new monk class, and create a pandaren character to ally with either Horde or Alliance.
