NIS America announced that it will produce a localized version of the Japanese PlayStation 3 RPG Mugen Souls Z in North America and Europe next year. Developed by Hyperdimension Neptunia creator Compile Heart, Mugen Souls Z is a customization-focused role-playing game featuring unique dialogue-based battle mechanics. The series' previous entry, Mugen Souls, hit store shelves in North America and Europe last year. Mugen Souls Z will premiere at retail and as a PlayStation Network digital download in 2014. As was the case with the original Mugen Souls, NIS America revealed that it will cut a limited amount of material from Mugen Souls Z's western release, due to "the sensitive nature of some content." NIS explains the nature of these edits in this forum post, noting that a risque bathing minigame and its associated imagery will not be featured in the game's western release.

The former Sony Liverpool devs at Sawfly Studios are bringing Men's Room Mayhem to Vita next week, via PSN. It should arrive on May 21 in North America, although as always with news revealed by the PlayStation Blogcast, dates can be subject to change. If you're curious about the curiously named game, Phil Gaskell from publisher Ripstone describes it as "Flight Control meets Carry on at Your Convenience." – No, it's not the flight paths of... that stuff, but about getting patrons to where they need to go. "In Men's Room Mayhem you're hired as the janitor of your very own chaotic men's room," said Gaskell on the PlayStation Blog. "You're responsible for directing patrons, keeping everywhere sparkling clean and steering patrons away from trouble! You need to get your customers safely to the urinals and cubicles in time – otherwise there'll be a few nasty accidents for you to clean up!" The Blogcast also outed a wee (ahem) bit of other content in next week's PS Store update. A "smattering of DLC" is coming to Aliens: Colonial Marines, although the podcast wasn't any more specific than that. A digital PS3 version of Mugen Souls is also due.

Mugen Souls, NIS America's latest turn-based RPG, will arrive in North America slightly later than planned. Originally set for September 18, the Compile Heart-developed game is now due on October 16. The European version will be released on September 28.The latest trailer highlights Mugen Souls' battle system, which combines turn-based combat with free movement. It looks complicated and, as the trailer itself admits, overwhelming. You need that kind of power if you intend to conquer seven universes.%Gallery-163214%
