Troy Dixon, who played Terence "T-bag" Brown in Pure Pwnage, was killed in a car accident on Saturday, December 6th. "He will be remembered for his warmth and kindness, and for the laughter he was able to bring to this world. Whether he was on the stage of a comedy club or in front of a camera, Troy was truly in his element as an entertainer," recalls a message posted on the Pure Pwnage site.Troy's character, T-bag, first appeared in Season 2, Episode 3 of the web-based mockumentary series. The episode featured Troy's hilarious salute to Halo 3, "Straight Outta Blood Gulch." Our thoughts and prayers go out to Troy's family, friends and fans during this difficult time. He will be missed. If you would like to express your condolences, please do so on the official Pure Pwnage forums thread.

Sure, our own Moo Money could have covered this awesome little Christmas machinima on our Cinemassively feature, but I just couldn't wait to post it-- it's too incredibly perfect. The guys at Pure Pwnage put it together, and if you've ever quested through WoW's Dun Morogh starting zone (where the Dwarves and the Gnomes begin their journey through Azeroth), this video will make you feel just like you went home again for the holidays, to Togglevolt, the Barleybrews, and even those cute little Snowshoe rabbits.Excellent work. Winter's Veil is just kicking off in the World of Warcraft, and it's the perfect time to head back to the warm fireplaces of Ironforge and the comfort of the Thunderbrews' tavern.[Via WoW Insider]

Pure Pwnage and ROFLMAO Productions released a special video to let their viewers know it's Christmas Time in Dun Morogh. They're reminded of the early days of leveling in scenic Coldridge Valley, where there's always snow. As they reminisce about quests, they introduce you to some old friends. Along the way, they find romance and kill bunnies.Forgive me for being sappy, but the music was great. If you were as distracted by the sweeping shots as I was, Pure Pwnage has kindly posted the lyrics to the song. Combined with the visuals, it made for a humorous, yet romantic take on Christmas in WoW.[Thanks, Ash!]Previously on Moviewatch...

It's the day after Thanksgiving, commonly known as Black Friday. Today is not unlike your typical day in World of Warcraft. Americans scour the sale ads online and in print, and strategize how they're going to get their loot.Olibith's Machinima interpretation of "Teh n00b Song", by Pure Pwnage, is the perfect theme for the day. A poor n00b thinks he can just kill wolves in peace, but teh_pwnerer has other plans for him. As little Fyapowa is taunted mercilessly, he tries to fight back, but to no avail. As you're kicking and punching your way to better deals, think of Fyapowa and teh_pwnerer. Were you the n00b or the pwner today? As a fair warning, the pwner gets his just deserts in the end!
