The artists cite a number of concerns, including privacy infringement and increased discrimination.

    So much rage! How much rage? Over 9000! What? OVER 9000! That's how much raging against machines there is in next week's Rock Band DLC. Tracks include classic rage like "Bombtrack" and "Killing in the Name," which even if you think you've never heard these songs before, the minute it starts you'll be all "I do know that!"

    Next week's Rock Band update is a raucous blend of heavy-hitting tunes, comprised of songs from Motörhead, Blue Oyster Cult and Rage Against the Machine. The metal mayhem, for obvious reasons, won't be compatible with Lego Rock Band -- somehow we just can't picture Lego people playing "Godzilla" by Blue Oyster Cult without being rocked to pieces.     Why, hello! Next week's Rock Band Weekly brings a heaping serving of Talking Heads. No, no, not television talk show guests and nightly news anchors ... the band, you know? You ... you don't know? This is awkward. Best educate yourself before we have to silently crack some skulls. The Wii will get another massive injection of tracks from the back catalog, including a whole slew of Judas Priest. Hold up, you don't know who Judas Priest is?   • Rock Band: Metal Track Pack coming Rocktober 13

    It hasn't been long since the last Rock Band Track Pack hit. If you're done singing classics like "She Thinks My Tractor's Sexy" from the Country Track Pack, you'll be glad to know that the next disc-based expansion is coming on October 13th for every console equipped with plastic instruments. The release also happens to coincide with Brütal Legend, much to the joy of metalheads everywhere.Following the footsteps of the Country Track Pack, the upcoming Metal Pack will include a number of songs that aren't available as DLC yet. Six brand new songs will debut through the disc from Blue Oyster Cult, Hawkwind, I Mother Earth, Motorhead, Nazareth and Rage Against the Machine.
