The Humble Deep Silver Bundle recruits Metro 2033, Sacred Citadel and Risen today. These new additions are free for anyone who's already purchased the bundle, while new customers must pay over the average price (currently just shy of $5) for the trio. Calling the Humble Deep Silver bundle successful is perhaps an understatement: It has sold over 340,000 bundles and earned in excess of $1.6 million since its introduction last week. The pay-what-you-want lineup consists of Dead Island: Game of the Year Edition, Saints Row 2, Sacred 2: Gold Edition, Risen 2: Dark Waters and Saints Row: The Third and all its Full Package DLC. Paying more than $25 also secures a copy of Dead Island: Riptide. The Humble Deep Silver Bundle has little less than a week to go before closing its virtual doors. It's also worth noting that these games are provided as Steam codes, so you'll need Valve's digital distribution platform to run them.

Sacred Citadel isn't just a goofy beat-em-up spinoff of Deep Silver's long-running Sacred series - turns out it's also an action RPG. When the game was announced last year, all we knew about it was that it featured co-op action and some groovy graphical flairs, but now we're seeing how Citadel relates to its big role-playing brother.Players will be able to play as three characters at a time, picked from four character classes (including a Khukuri Shaman, an Ancarian Ranger, a Safiri Warrior, or an unrevealed class), and each has their own set of skills to be leveled up and unlocked. Additionally, characters can equip weapons or armor that can be stashed in town, or pop potions to refill either a health or a power meter.Sacred Citadel, says Deep Silver, will serve as a prologue to the upcoming Sacred 3, and should be out for Xbox Live Arcade, PlayStation Network and the PC sometime this year.

Remember Sacred 2: Fallen Angel? It was the last entry in the Sacred series of dungeon crawlers, that debuted back in 2008. The series is known for high, serious fantasy, but the latest title, Sacred Citadel, looks to be taking a different approach. While there are still plenty of fantasy creatures in tow, the dungeon-crawling is taking a back seat to "b*tchin battles," "ridonkulous rides" and "crazy co-op." It looks, all in a ll, a bit more over-the-top than what Sacred players may be used to. Sacred Citadel is slated for release on PSN, XBLA and PC in 2013.Have no fear if you're looking for something a little more traditional, however, as the Sacred Citadel website reveals that Sacred 3 is most certainly on the way, with the official Facebook page asking fans to "stay tuned."%Gallery-161926%
