Two Bosses Enter ... but only One Boss Leaves, in WoW.com's series of fantasy death matches. Welcome to Round Two of the five-man Wrath of the Lich King season. Grab a seat, and let's get ready to rumble! Despite "Mike Salramm's" best efforts on Twitter, Svala Sorrowgrave not only took this week's match in the Thunderdome but also inspired a comment that made it all the way to [1.Local]. Let's go back and see what other readers had to say about the Svala/Salramm matchup.Nellius: I reckon that if Salramm can properly use his ghouls to avoid getting sacrificed, he has this one down easily. That's going by the assumption that if Salramm himself gets "paralyzed," his ghouls will be able to take down the Channelers before he's killed. If he can overcome that, he simply has better abilities, for which Svala has no counter.

Two Bosses Enter ... but only One Boss Leaves, in WoW.com's series of fantasy death matches. Welcome to Round Two of the five-man Wrath of the Lich King season. Grab a seat, and let's get ready to rumble! It's an Undead flesh feast inside this week's Two Bosses Enter Thunderdome: Salramm the Fleshcrafter of The Culling of Stratholme versus Svala Sorrowgrave of Utgarde Pinnacle. The Fleshcrafter veritably tooled Drakos the Interrogator (The Oculus) in his first-round matchup, fleshing out a solid win that carried him into this round. His opponent, Svala Sorrowgrave, defeated The Prophet Tharon'ja (Drak'Tharon Keep) by a wide margin in her own first-round match. Here are the ground rules for this week's second-round Salramm-versus-Svala matchup: Assume that the opponents along with their collected minions share similar levels, health pools and comparative overall damage output. This deathmatch takes place in neutral territory, but this shall not hinder either boss from using his or her usual encounter abilities. Yes, this means Svala gets an altar or some means with which to work her sacrificial magic. All the usual minions will be available to each boss. Don't get caught up in gameplay mechanics and what actual players might do in each encounter. Don't neglect style, story and scale. And now, as we always say here in the Thunderdome: Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls ... Dyin' time's here.

Two Bosses Enter ... but only One Boss Leaves, in WoW Insider's series of fantasy death matches. This season's bosses come from the five-man instances of Wrath of the Lich King. This week's Wrath boss deathmatch pit Drakos the Interrogator against Salramm the Fleshcrafter. Salramm did indeed take the opportunity to craft some fresh flesh, carving out a victory against his spear-wielding opponent.Reader DruidGuard made the call: "Salramm all the way. Not only will this necromancer's Ghouls actually go straight for Drakos (unlike the wandering bombs), they can be popped for even more fun if Salramm thinks they'll die too soon due to bombs or Thundering Stomp. And Saramm's two abilities, Curse of Twisted Flesh and Steal Flesh, mean that Drakos is going to be at a serious disadvantage; Drakos will have only 85% of his maximum health, a nasty long-lasting DoT and a 75% damage debuff, while Salramm gains bonus damage to wail on his dragon hide. "Drakos would have to do some real fancy maneuvers to combat Salramm's abilities, but in the end, I believe the dead will have their day."

Two Bosses Enter ... but only One Boss Leaves, in WoW Insider's series of fantasy death matches. This season's bosses come from the five-man instances of Wrath of the Lich King. This week's Two Bosses Enter deathmatch definitely's got that boom, boom, pow. Now, we know you're not fond of The Oculus. We do know. Nonetheless, we're asking you to set aside your prejudices and consider this week's explosive contestants on their own merit: Drakos the Interrogator of The Oculus versus Salramm the Fleshcrafter of The Culling of Stratholme. Let's review the ground rules: Assume that these foes share similar levels, health pools, damage output and are fighting on neutral territory. Don't get caught up in game mechanics and what actual players might do in each encounter. Focus your debate on the three S's -- Style, Story and Scale – and consider the flavor each villain brings to bear. What do you think would happen during this battle? Leave your comment explaining what happens, and cast your vote for who you think blows up who.

No one's kiling any folk here today, on account of we got a really tight schedule. -- Mal, "Trash." Seemed to have some good luck with a previous Firefly quote, so why not? We're all set in Ahn'kahet, so let's pop over to Azjol-Nerub and lay waste to some bosses there.AZJOL-NERUBEvery achievement here is, in one way or another, a DPS race. If you've had difficulty with previous achievements in that vein or your DPS is still gearing up, you'll probably want to steer clear of Azjol for a while.Watch Him DieThis is one of the few achievements in the game most efficiently done from a kamikaze perspective (Sarth-10 3D is the most notable of the other picks). Early attempts at this with two tanks, two DPS, and one healer failed miserably, mostly due to the combination of poisons, a Priest healer, and Watcher Narjil's Blinding Webs ability. I'll admit I tried that before anything good dropped from Naxx, so it may just have been a gear issue at the time, but:a). If you have very good DPS, and:b). If you're willing to suffer a repair bill -- you can probably get this achievement in one or two tries without worrying about keeping all three Watchers tanked, bringing an off-tank, or risking a DPS having to kite all three to the entrance.
