Self Defense Training Camp is a Kinect-based exercise game that "combines fitness workouts and self-defense drills into four primary categories critical to successful self-protection: technique, stamina, composure and reflexes." It's guided by a "real-life self-defense coach" and offers instantaneous feedback on player performance.
