Life in the wastes of Fallen Earth certainly has its drawbacks. However, amongst all the bad things trying to pounce you, eat you, or wear bits of you for decorative purposes, peaceful moments like the above one can help restore your faith that somehow things will get better. This surprisingly placid Fallen Earth image comes to us from regular One Shots contributor, Shanert, who writes in: "[This is] a picture that is showing one of my first days in Midway. Some games generate a big buzz about light effects, and in some games they are simply there..." Have you been exploring parts of your favorite game that we haven't seen here? Send us pictures of combat, posed shots, landscapes, or whatever strikes your fancy! We're not picky. Email them in to us here at oneshots@massively.com along with your name, the name of the game, and a description of what's going on. We'll post it out here and give you credit for sending it in. %Gallery-112285%

In tribal cultures, such as some of the ones portrayed in Age of Conan, lunar eclipses (like the one from a few days ago) and odd astral phenomena were considered to be omens. After all, they didn't yet have science to explain planetary alignments and atmospheric effects. With that said, having a creepy cloud like this in front of the moon would likely spook many people, even today! Shanert captured this recently in Age of Conan, and while he and his companions appear unfazed by its appearance, only he knows whether it proved to be a good or bad omen, considering we only got a short note saying, "Mysterious man in the moon." Have you spotted something out-of-the-ordinary while on your recent MMO travels? If so, we'd love to see it. Just email it in to us here at oneshots@massively.com along with your name, the name of the game, and a description of what we're seeing. We'll post it out here and give you the credit for sending it in! %Gallery-85937%

You know why we love to get more than one game's screenshots from one person? Aside from the fact that it's fun to see what you're all up to, it tells us we're not the only ones with multiple-MMO addictions subscriptions! Indeed, that's part of what makes the readers of Massively so awesome -- you're just as crazy about these games as we are. Today, we have the second screenshot of the week from shanert, who sent us the Vanguard one a couple of days ago. This time, we catch up with his Ratonga, and have a look around the world of EverQuest II. He writes a rhymey line to explain: "Running around the borderlands of Freeport with my little rat and see, how beautifull a six year old game can be." There are tons of interesting sights out there in MMO land, but we need you to make One Shots happen. So while you're out playing this weekend, why not grab a screenshot of something interesting for us! Then all you have to do is email it to us here at oneshots@massively.com along with your name, the name of the game, and a description of what we're seeing. We'll post it out here for everyone to enjoy, and give you the credit. %Gallery-85937%

With the news out yesterday that EverQuest II is going to offer a F2P version, there are many who turned to look at the other SOE games wondering if we might see a shift for them as well. For Vanguard, that could mean more people taking a second look at this graphically gorgeous game -- something we're relatively certain the current playerbase would welcome! With interesting visuals like today's One Shots from shanert, along with interesting in-game systems to play through, we suspect others would be doing what he wrote in to tell us about today: "Here's an image of my character on a tour around the rivers with a self-crafted sloop (after finishing a extensive quest-line that takes weeks of harvesting and crafting)." Have you snapped a great screenshot from your favorite game lately? Why not share it with us! We're always looking for new and interesting things to show off on One Shots. Email your image to us here at oneshots@massively.com along with your name, the name of the game, and a description of what we're seeing. We'll post it out here for everyone to enjoy and give you the credit. %Gallery-85937%

Late at night, with only a waxing moon to keep him company, we find Shanert riding his brand new mount across a sandy expanse in Vanguard. Sadly, we're not entirely sure where this location is, but we're glad to see today's screenshot nonetheless. Why? Because for those who are interested in checking out Vanguard, but have never been able to find a group interested in running it with you, you'll definitely want to check out Beau's group night! Perhaps we'll even start to see some more One Shots from this lovely, but neglected, corner of the MMOGsphere. If you're traveling in a land we don't see often, we'd love to have a screenshot from you. All you have to do to take part is to email one over to us here at oneshots@massively.com along with your name, the name of the game, and a description of what we're seeing in the image. We'll post it out here for everyone to enjoy and give you the credit for sending it in. %Gallery-85937%
