Silver Letomi busts out a parody of a favorite snowman tune from Frozen with Do You Wanna Raid Old Content? After all, we're all stuck in the lull between expansions, and the old drive to keep pushing is getting harder and hard. Somewhere between a nostalgic reminder of raiding days and the angsty longing for a game partner, Do You Wanna Raid Old Content? is a fun live-action video from a great singer. Also, shout out for the Bad Wolf. We all totally see what you did there. Interested in the wide world of machinima? We have new movies every weekday here on WoW Moviewatch! What do you get when you mix World of Warcraft and Disney? Sheer madness, and the above video from SilverLetomi entitled Garrosh. Letomi is already well known for her singing, but here she manages to pull off something I never thought I'd hear and do a perfectly pleasing rendition of a goblin singing an ode of devotion to everyone's favorite Warchief. Well, the goblin's favorite Warchief. The Kor'kron's favorite Warchief? Look, someone had to have liked him at some point, right? Featuring a machinima created by Khayllys, Garrosh does a fine job pulling off a parody of one of my favorite Disney films with a Warcraft twist. The song and the Warchief fit together disturbingly well, which has me wondering what on earth took so long for someone to do it? Give it a watch, you won't be disappointed. And who knows, you might just have another dozen reasons to punch the Warchief in the face next reset. Interested in the wide world of machinima? Davixxa created this video from SilverLetomi's parody, Pugbreaker. It's an interesting mix of in-game graphics and manipulated images. It's not very often that you get to see a parody video these days (that fad's mostly over) but Pugbreaker is a decent return to that genre. While Jin'do feels a little behind us for a fresh video, I guess the figh inspired enough rage in Silver and Davixxa that this video needed to be made. Hatred for an annoying boss rings eternal. While we usually focus on machinima around here, I'm not opposed to the occasional live action video. And the Light knows we're all fairly familiar with SilverLetomi. I was pretty curious about 30% Nerf when she told me about it ... and I was not disappointed. The video is pretty basic but remains fun because of its simple concept. SilverLetomi sings a song about damage, nerfs, and raiding. It's a parody of this song, but I had never heard it before -- can't provide much context. All in all, 30% Nerf was fun, and I found myself giggling the whole time. Interested in the wide world of machinima? We have new movies every weekday here on WoW Moviewatch! • Talking Warcraft tunes with songstress SilverLetomi

World of WarCrafts spotlights art and creativity by WoW players, including fan art, cooking, comics, cosplay, music, fan fiction and more. Sample the whole spectrum on our Arts and Crafts in WoW page. It takes a heck of a lot of courage to parody a Beatles song, and it takes a heck of a lot of skill to pull it off correctly. SilverLetomi has managed to do both, and she's recorded dozens of Warcraft parodies and collaborations over the years. With an enviable vocal ability and an incredible amount of skill in creating and producing music, Letomi's tunes have long been a favorite of many on YouTube, and it's no wonder why -- the girl's got a great set of pipes! Letomi's work didn't start with Warcraft parodies, however. She's got years of experience in performing and audio engineering, something that is reflected in every song she puts out for people to hear. So what does it take to put together songs for the listening public? Letomi was kind enough to sit down with us and fill us in.

  • WoW Moviewatch: Hallow's Dream

This movie is a little old. I nearly didn't run it because of timeliness issues; after all, Halloween and its in-game equivalent was nearly a month ago. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving, for goodness's sake! But then I watched the video and knew I had to feature it. SilverLetomi and Tyrannothefirst did an amazing job with Hallow's Dream, and I felt it needed to be seen. The song is obviously well performed, and the machinima is fantastically spooky for a Hallow's End video. I definitely like the rock and roll angle, since guitars can be few and far between in contemporary machinima. The team picked out some awesome visuals to illustrate the action, leaving us with a comprehensive, fun video. Pardon the delay on this Hallow's End video, but take the time to kick back and enjoy the fun. Then go eat some turkey tomorrow. Interested in the wide world of machinima? As the story of this movie goes, Gigi and Letomi wake up in the jungle, having clearly been Jujufied. They spent a short amount of time lamenting their lost races before inevitably breaking into song. (And really, wouldn't we all break into song given those circumstances?) Whether or not you dig this style of music, Jujufied is an incredibly well-created movie. The sound is seamless and the video itself feels professional and flawless. The overall effect is a very pleasant, soothing video that I think does a good job of entertaining its audience. I have to admit, I'm still not into trolls, though.
