  • The Daily Grind: What would your t-shirt say?

We feel that it's our duty here at Massively to remind the world at large that World of Warcraft is not, in fact, the only MMORPG out there. So while it's amusing to see people go around wearing "Save The Murlocs" t-shirts, it'd be awesome to see the clothing love spread to other titles. So if you could make a t-shirt for your favorite MMO, what catchy phrase would you put on it? Personally, I'd love to see a "I Was Miserable At Misery's Peak" tee for Dungeons and Dragons Online, or even a Rolling Clones shirt for Fallen Earth. I may even be tempted to construct a "Shire University -- The Running Pies" t-shirt for Lord of the Rings Online. We need some way to honor our pie-running alumni, and this would be perfect. It may be early in the morning, but that's no excuse to be sluggish! Put on your creative caps and let's hear it -- what MMO t-shirt would you make if you had the chance?

With 100% of the PS3 Fanboy E3 team donning multiple UNIQLO Metal Gear Solid 4 tees during E3 week, it's clear that they're popular purchases (or that we really are fanboys). Konami Style in Japan has decided to take advantage of this by releasing their own set of MGS4 related t-shirts. These shirts are to commemorate the worldwide tour that Kojima and company engaged in to publicise the new game. The t-shirt on the left is a replica of those worn by the production crew during the tour, including the list of destinations on the back. For $40, you have to be pretty a pretty big fan of the game to grab one. But we know our commenters. We can almost hear you opening your wallet and tapping in your credit card details right now.Are we tempted? Of course we are. All that's missing to make this a done deal are the words "limited edition."[Thanks Kristopher; Via Wired]

The time is upon us ladies, gents and iPhone hopefuls - the videos for the Insanely Great Tees iPhone Contest are in, and now it's time for us all to chose a winner from the finalists. Embedded in this post at Insanely Great News are ten YouTube videos created by the chosen finalists. Towards the bottom of the post is an area where you can vote for The One Video to Rule Them All, as well as six honorable mentions.Personally? I think Garbled Text Messages takes the cake for its excellence in production and execution. I'm a little bothered that most of the videos focused on just one specific feature or advantage of the iPhone instead of advertising a little more broadly, but it ultimately looks like everyone had fun which is what matters most.

As hinted at in David's post last week, Insanely Great Tees is holding a contest for which the grand prize is a shiny new iPhone. The details of the contest, released today, lay out a process by which entrants submit a funny 30-second iPhone ad which includes the phrase "I'm an iPhone." Readers can the vote on the entries and eventually choose a winner, who will be given a $500 gift card to the Apple Store in-leiu of the actual device, which obviously isn't out yet. The deadline for entry is 11:59PM on May 7th, so all you amateur directors and actors better get cracking. Good luck, and break a leg! (Better than breaking an iPhone, eh?)[via Amit Gupta]

Keeping track of all the Wii t-shirts being sold on the internet can be tough. Whenever we try to wade through our bookmarks to pick one out, it feels like we're drowning in a sea of outdated pages and bad puns.OMG Tees has listed over a dozen of the best Wii-related apparel, providing photos, descriptions, and information on where to buy them. We've featured the Beatles and custom Mii designs before, but some of collected shirts (like the Bruce Wii one shown above) have managed to escape our attention until now. Would you actually dole out cash for any of these shirts? Or are you more like us, always putting it off and telling yourself that you'll buy one as soon as you have a little more extra cash laying around?

Insanely Great Tees, who we've mentioned before and dearly love here at TUAW, has announced two new shipping shirts from that batch we all voted on. The "I'm a Mac" and "Binary Tree" (both $17) are ready to ship and keep you clothed, just in time for Macworld 07! I was personally hoping for the "cmd + s the whales" and "Vector G" shirts as well, but hey, I'll take what I can get.

Insanely Great Tees, the clever new Mac-centric shirt shop, has announced 6 new t-shirts - but not all of them are going to see the light of day. Apparently the insanely great crew are having a tough time deciding which ones they like most, so they've put it to a vote for the rest of us. Head over to Insanely Great News (their blog) to see all shirts laid out, each with their own voting options ranging from "I'd wear it!" to "Eh..." and even "It's the worst."If you have a minute, head over and get to voting. I'm in the market for some new threads and I'd wear almost every one of these (sans the Camera Icons shirt), especially since there aren't nearly enough shirts about type in the world.
