An iPod in every room at the new Dream Hotel in NYC
Photographer/music video director David LaChapelle actually pulled out of an agreement to design the interior of Manhattan's posh new Dream Hotel a long time ago (and we're just downtown enough to think that's actually a good thing), but the geek in us could care less about the decoration and more about the fact that each of the rooms comes with a 37-inch Panasonic plasma TV and an iPod that's pre-loaded with music. We'd say something about how all you'd have to do is install iPod Download and copy all the music to your laptop, but if you can afford to stay there, you can probably also afford to just take the iPod home with you at the end of your stay and have them add it to your bill.
