Lenovo's ET960 Pocket PC cellphone

Ryan Block, @ryan

Lenovo ET960Lenovo's made Pocket PC devices before, but this is the first we've yet seen of their making PPC cellphones—not too shabby for a first go at it, either. The tri-band GSM PPC 2003 SE-based device will have a 312MHz XScale CPU, 64MB ROM and 64MB RAM, Bluetooth, IrDA, and even an SDIO slot in that 4.3 x 2.4 x 0.7-inch shard-looking enclosure. Still, we can't help but thinking this thing is going to fall flat on its freaking face with a €900 ($1,190) pricetag. Yowza.
