palmOne's LifeDrive
We already knew it was real, and we already knew the specs, but palmOne finally took the wraps off the LifeDrive mobile manager, their brand new 4GB mediacentric handheld. There's a good chance you have the specs memorized by now, but here they are again anyway: 4GB mini hard drive, 16MB of ROM, a 416MHz XScale processor, Bluetooth 1.1, 802.11b WiFi, a 320 x 480 pixel, 65,000 color touch screen, Palm OS Garnet 5.4, an SDIO expansion card slot. Retail price is $499, and they have the LifeDrive listed as shipping in 7 to 14 business days.
